Who We Are

As a family business, increasing our knowledge base is paramount to ensuring the business can grow and evolve as technology continues to surge forward.

Darren Farquhar and Debbie Nunn have been a part of MADS for over 15 years. This core of knowledge and experience was furthered ten years ago, upon Darren’s son Justin joining the company back in 2004 as an Apprentice Service Technician and most recently, daughter Leateasha in 2013 as a Customer Service Manager. Darren knew that he needed to inject new blood into the business with fresh ideas to challenge the status quo and find new ways to improve the operations of MADS

A key addition to the MADS team of late has been the appointment of Mauricio Munoz, who’s experience means MADS’ operational efficiency and ability to service clients will greatly increase. Mauricio is now in charge of the metro region of MADS’ operations, whilst Darren seeks out new opportunities for growth in rural Victoria.

Leateasha joined the company late 2013 to assist with the company’s customer service role and to start stablishing a much needed company structure. With over 4 years in customer service, Leateasha quickly became accustom to the company’s customer-focused philosophy and daily demands of ensuring all servicing staff’s workloads are accurately managed in a timely manner.
